At the start we clarify the goal, authority and timeframe. In the plant I form my own picture, speak with those responsible and set priorities. Decisions are taken transparently and progress is discussed regularly.
Handover is part of it
An interim mandate has an end. That is why I prepare the handover from the beginning, document important decisions and strengthen the people who will take responsibility afterwards.
