Interim management close to the plant
Presence in the plant
I talk to the shift, look at the processes and work with your team on implementation. That creates a clear picture of the situation.
Responsibility with judgement
I know the perspective of owners and managing directors. Decisions must make economic sense and fit the people in the company.
Technical understanding
Plastics and chemicals have been my field for decades. I can classify technical relationships quickly and work with specialists at eye level.
Questions I am often asked.
Which companies is your support a good fit for?
I mainly work for manufacturing mid-sized companies and for individual plants or units of larger groups. My focus is plastics and chemicals.
How quickly can an assignment start?
In urgent cases a start is often possible within one to two weeks. For planned projects we agree a suitable lead time.
Where do you take on mandates?
I am based in Münster. I take on mandates worldwide — with regular on-site presence in the company.
How do you work in the company?
I form my own picture on site, clarify goals and responsibilities and work with your team on implementation. Decisions and progress are discussed openly.
How are mandates billed?
Interim mandates are usually billed on a daily-rate basis. For consulting and coaching, project-based agreements are also possible. We clarify terms after the first conversation.
Let’s talk.
Tell me in a short call where things are stuck. I will tell you honestly whether I can help. The conversation is confidential and does not commit you to anything.
